At Doon Woods Global School, we aspire for excellence in everything including sports. Sports education not only teach the students to maintain the physical stamina but also the habit of obedience, discipline, determination, resilience and team spirit. Sports are an integral part of the educational experience at Lbs. Our trained sports faculty help the students to explore and develop their talents. Their continuous support and motivation has helped the sports champions to achieve success not only at state but national and international level as well. Students who are part of the school team attend the morning practice in the school for extra training and fitness. The Doon Woods Global School’s Department of Campus Safety seeks to ensure that the rights of every member of the campus community are respected and that there exists a safe and secure atmosphere in all campus buildings.Dehradun Police Department strategies will be adhered to for making our campus as one of the safest school premises in the nation. A good number of CCTV camera will be installed for e-surveillance and remote backup.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

  1. The priorities of The Doon Woods Global Emergency Management plan are to:
  2. Protect and save the lives of all members of the School community.
  3.  Protect and preserve School’s property.
  4.  Maintain or quickly restore School’s operations, activities, and services.
  5. Provide assistance to the local community.

Depending upon the nature of the situation, immediate and follow-up response will be provided by the EmergencyResponse Team and/or the Student Services Crisis Response Team.

Our schools has a perfect backup of security under the supervision of high security professional. Our fleet is well equipped with latest gadgets like CCTV and GPS tracking system with e-fence alert. By these gadgets, we can control our fleets from our remote station established in our campus’s control room. In addition, sufficient men power are deployed on all busses to provide security and assistance to the Doon Woods global Communities.
